Lisa Leong

Lisa is a former corporate lawyer (Melbourne, London and New York) and ABC Radio Presenter, turned global leader in Client-Centred Innovation and Strategic Account Leadership.

Lisa draws on her broadcasting experience combined with Human-Centred Design and Mindfulness practices to bring a fresh approach to intentional conversations, called “Empathy Interviewing”.

Her pioneering work with Tristan Forrester, their unique partnership and approach has been the subject of a Harvard Case Study, numerous industry awards, and her TEDx talk “Can robots make us more human?”.

Tristan is an organisational transformation consultant with 20 years’ experience working with leading professional service firms and in house legal teams. A former technology and media lawyer, he has consulted to professional services firms on leadership, market-led strategy, client experience benchmarking, pricing and change implementation.

Tristan helps clients make the personal and organisational changes needed to transform relationships with their most important customers. His passion is combining his 15+ years of mindfulness practice with his change expertise, to help leaders rehumanise their organisations.
